I am replacing the bushings on my XJ. Do the bushings have to be pressed out of the upper and lower suspension arms with a hydraulic press or is there another method? Thanks.

i used a torch. just heat the metal around the bushing then it should slide out. I had a couple pop out and burned my arm up so wear protective suff becuase that hot ruber really BURNS!
