for the folks that have decided to keep coils when upgrading axles.. what did you use to make buckets out of? create your own, store bought, re-used stock? just looking for options on my FS-J axle

You can make some with a little work or Rubicon sells them for around 70 bucks each... I bought mine, while some others fabbed there own. If your on a budget try to find a 2wd axle from an xj and cut the mounts off that and reweld to your new axle.

i used 2"x6" c channel. i cut the sides of the channel to match the curve of the axle, and used 3" pipe in the center for a bumpstop. i then made some little spring retainers to make sure i didnt drop the springs.
