im gettin the new lift soon, but my spring packs are pretty flat in the rear, am i okay with AAL, or should i go with the full packs?

The stock springs are supposed to be flat ... that isn't an indication of a problem.
Can't answer your question without knowing how much lift you expect to put in, and how much added weight you expect to add due to armor, super bumpers, trail spares, tools, etc.

gotcha, i am only going three inches. for now just some rails, and some skids.... maybe

AALs work real well for 3" lifts
edit: and yes, rockrails and skids are very important. get some towhook brackets for the front too, and a hitch for the rear.
