pre and post 90 axle spline count?

i ordered a new hub bearing assy for a trail spare and i think the knuckle head sent me the wrong one?
anyone know the axle shaft spline count for the pre and post 90 d 30 with vaccu dissconnect?
im not in a huge hurry to tear my old one off just to compare and put it all back together

Just to be clear, you're looking for the outer stub axle, right? Not the axle shaft that mates with the diff.

what is the difference between the 2 anyway?
this one LOOKS the same. different spline count? wheel bolt pattern?
mount bolt position?
