Lights on Overhead Console

On my 90 I just got the overhead console wired up. I was wondering what lights are suppose to come on when I open the doors.Only my rear 2 come on and the front 2 don't. Eagle dont bite my head off this time, I'm not asking whats common Im asking whats RIGHT.

they may be switched to come on separately. i think they are reading lights

I suppose that could be true. Kinda what I figured but wasnt really positive. I know on my bro's zj they all light up when the doors open but i suppose its just different. Thanks Jneary

Can't speak for the 90, but on my 96, all four lights would come on when any door is opened, but opening the front doors will make them brighter. If your next question is going to be about the wiring I can't help you; I pulled mine out.

Both my 90 and 92 turn the rear ones on only. There are under dash lights that come on also that helps light the front up.
