The suspension on my '96 Cherokee is saggin pretty good and I was gunna replace the bushings and springs. As far as specialty tools, I just need a press to put the bushings in???? Is there anything else? Is it a tough job?
Well the bushings on your control arms are a huge PITA. It would easier to just replace the arms which come with new bushings. www.quadratec.com
sales them for a pretty cheap price. For the leaf springs, just pull and press. Hard part is if the bolt breaks taking out the leafs at the front or the metal insert is rusted to the shackle. But nothing you can't do. Just spray everything down with some PB blaster for a few days. Juice
