No start when warm

This is on a 1988 XJ, 5 spd, 4.0L

The symptoms....
After driving 15min or so when the jeep comes up to temp if I turn it off it won't start. It runs fine before I turn it off. When it won't start I checked for spark and there is none. If I leave it for 20-30 min it will start back up no problem. During no-start situations I've checked the fuel rail and fuel squirts out.

I've searched but most seem to have issues with their CPS. In my case I tried changing...

coil and ignition control module
CPS
Computer
MAP sensor
Starter Solenoid

All caused no change in the problem.

What else could cause this problem?

Does the sync sensor in the distributor cause problems like this?

Thanks
