thinking of buying a '92 XJ, need advice

I have come across a '92, 2 dr. XJ. 6 cyl., 5-spd, w/ ABS brakes. Has 161,000 miles on it. I have just done a drive-by look at it. it looks veryclean. tomorrow I meet with the owner to see if the insides are as good. Any problems I should know about and look out for? Would appreciate any info you could give me.

check for maintenance records, also check for oil leaks, esp. clutch fluid.

How much they askin? Pop the hood and point out the broken exhaust manifold, usually around the #5 cylinder. Could save yourself a couple hunderd bucks off the asking price.

He is asking $2100. I looked on blue book and their price was $2100. Is that about what it should go for? I'll check out the manifold. Thanks for the advice.
