I'm interested in the Tomken gas tank skid. I'm busy this Saturday, out of town, but can pick up some other time. I'm local.

I'm assuming you'll want the 4:88's for the front end?
URF is located the beautiful Gold Country just east of Sacto, CRASH does the installs.

I have the 4.88's for the front(plus an ARB), just need the locker and the 4.88 for the back; plus installation for everything.

Is the 12th a good day for an install? It will take me about 4 hours to get there so maybe in the afternoon?

Hey Kevin, I think Neil still has to order the D30 4.88's. He'll need the kit as well. PM him and I'll try to call. If you can beat or at least match the price he can get them for he may help you out.

I saw your heep in front of my house last week. Thought it was you but heard that you sold it to Phil :( Sorry you sold it. What's your plan for wheeling?

Tires are in good shape, wheels look good..
Tomken skid is very nice, looks perfect. If Troy doesn't take it, arrange something and it could be available out around Davis.
5.5" lift, front shocks are gone, rear shocks are Emu's. Rode very nice, handled well. No bar pins for the rears, maybe the (beefy!) front pins would work? For those unfamiliar with MJs, no new rear springs were used, but Goatman has MJ length leaves on his XJ. They're longer than XJs. Also, no braces for the DBs.

I only do gear work on axles that are not under vehicles.
I can set up the 44, and you can pick it up, if you like. I also have a few disconnect 30 housings that I can set the front gears up in, but no non-discos.
Do you have a disco 30?
Generally, i charge $125 for gear install, an extra $50 if it's an ARB.
CRASH
Keven, I am planning that exact gear purchase very soon, minus the locker probably. I don't know what your timing is, but let me know if you can wait a month.

I'll let the D44, Detroit and gears go for $1000. The parts are at URF head quarters, so it'll be easy for CRASH to set everything up. The 12th is fine. Just send me the money (cashiers check or money order) then you can work out the details with CRASH about his payment and pick up of the parts. :rtm:

Thanks for the heads up Chuck. Have him call me if he's interested. I'll take $200 for the gears and master install kit. These are Spicer gears and Timken bearings.

I just needed the gears and locker not the whole axle. I think I will pass though, its a little far just to pick up gears.
thanks

Sorry, thought you needed the axle too. If you're interested, I'll take $650 for the Detroit, gears and master install kit.
