Just wondering if anyone makes a one piece axle kit for the disco d30.

lol, i think you can get warn axles in one peice...

do a search, there is a few writeups on it, check madxj.com

There is a blocl off kit to replace the diconnect actuator which also has seals to put in the axles. Any drivetrain shop should be able to get them or just call Randy's Ring & Pinion. Then you can just get a axle assembly from the junkyard or a new one from Randy's. If you get new ones get the ones with the larger 297 u-joint.
