Non-working headlights/tail lights

So I finnaly got my lazy ass around to wire up my arb lights on the bumper, when i was splicing into my headlight wires, thats where the problem occured. Well now when I turn on the headlights, the turning signal lights blink as if my flashers were on, also my headlights will barely come on if any along with my tail lights. :flamemad: Checked all fuses, disconnected the arb light still nothing. What is the deal? Its a 98 thanks
