No longer do I have to be scared to turn my 32's with such wreckless abandon.

My rear carrier is broke in my dana 35, so i ended up ordering a new axle from someone i know on jb

I ordered :

1. Ford 8.8
2. Lockright for 8.8 (brand new never used)
3. 4.88s for 8.8 never used brand new
4. 4.88s for D30 never used brand new
5. Overhual kitfor 8.8
6. R&P install kit for D30
7. M.O.R.E. install kit for 8.8 (YJ)

But he's getting the locker and the gears installed in the axle!! w00t!!!

Now all I need to do is find out hwo i make my driveshaft work with that 8.8..... and i need to go to 33's so the gearing isnt too low for me!!!

BTW, only $830 for that SHIPPED!

So what do I order to make my NON CV (stock) driveshaft work with this 8.8 ?? Or is everything Ill need in that list above?
Are the perches going to line up?

Weld the axle tubes to the center section, or you'll be sorry.

Exploder is spring under. You'll need to weld on new perches to the top of the axle.

Come to find out, the only difference in the MORE YJ install kit than the XJ install kit are the shock mounts.

And he emailed me and told me he has the yoke adapter, so this is workin out well :)

ALl I need to do is drop $60 in shock mounts, i guess..

You don't need to spend $60 on shock mounts. Just cut the mounts off of your D35 and weld them on to the 8.8. I'm having Andy at CRS weld my D35 shock mounts onto my 8.8 even with the tubes so that the shocks don't hang down.
