Is a 95 XJ Dana 30 LP or HP?

and if I swap one into my 91 XJ that has the vacuum disconnect how do I go about engaging the 4WD? I'm a little foggy, never done this before. Is a solid axle shaft and the bigger u-joints an upgrade from my current Dana 30 (stock 91 XJ)?

It's an upgrade in that it'll be easier to remove broken pieces if an axle breaks.

Also, as I'm sure you know, check that the axle has ABS brakes, as the ones with ABS have the bigger 297 u-joints and the non ABS ones have the smaller 260s.
