I picked up a free headman header the other day from a guy that had a 94 ZJ... The reason he took it off was because he wanted "a shiny one"... Anyways it is in great condition... My question is: I know it will fit the engine, but what about the clearance with the firewall/inner fender/steering linkage?

Look at the part numbers and see it there is any difference between the XJ part number and the ZJ. If so then call hedman and ask their customer service dept if they can tell you the difference. You could also compare it to another header like a stock one and see how they compare.
