Trade built HP D44 for built HP D30

Ok, well I am picking up my built fullwidth '78 Ford HP D44 this weekend. I am just looking to sell it for $1000 obo or trade EVEN for a built hp D30.

1978 F150 HP D44
w/
- Hysteer arms
- Warn hubs
- Warn shafts
- 4.10s
- Lockright locker
- 4x Dr. diff guard
- braided brake lines
- spare 760x u-joints and shafts

I am looking for a HP D30
w/
- Warn hubs
- alloy shafts
- 4.56s/4.88s
- locker, (selectable would be great)
- 297x or alloy u-joints
- must be ready to bolt in and in good DD condition

I can ship via Forward Air or pick up close to Birmingham, Alabama. I will get pics of axle asap.

Is it ready to bolt in or does it need everything welded on etc. Why are you not gonna use it?

Well just got the axle and it is bolt in ready for a SOA YJ setup.
