Front leaf question

I've searched this many many times. I've got my front shackle mount setup made. I had planned on redrilling the stock lca bracket for the rear of the leafs. The passenger side would be fine but the drivers side looks like I'd be better off building a new bracket. Does anyone have some words of advice as to how they made the stock ones work or how the fab'd up a new one? Any pics would be wonderful and info would be greatly appreciated.

1. chop off old mounts

2. make new mounts with lots of 1/4 plate

Only prob is that the frame angles in right there so I was trying to think of the best way to mount them solid and keep them parallel to the front. Or did you just attach them to the frame behind the angle and extend them forward a small amount.

i don't really know what you're getting at, i just made them and welded them on. done.
