Ya, main plate is 1/4" the additional one is 5/16".

Please don't tell me you re-used that Torx bolt? Bleh! =P

The first picture shows pretty well. They go back far enough to capture the fore mentioned torx bolt. Same as the stock brackets for the tow hook kit.
