Heldorado closure?

what ever happened to the landowner attempting to close off the Heldorados? It was suppose to go to court the week of EJS. Anybody know what happened in court?

On a related subject...I've read posts on other BBS where the folks were bad mouthing the old man that owns the campground at the mouth of Pritchett Canyon. I had a chance to talk to him last June and he said that the BLM had several times tried to buy out/take over his property with the stated reason of closing down Pritchett Canyon access. At one point he had to go to court to keep them from doing so....So, I don't mind paying him the $2 to access the canyon as long as it can stay open.
