I just had the front right(pass) u-joint and hub assmly. replaced on my '88, 4.0 d30. Now I'm hearing a squeal(metal on metal) and there's fluid all over the wheel well and a small puddle on the ground after a short ride. Did the shop fx#*-up? I read about pinching a seal could this be the prob.? is it an easy fix should I bitch at the shop? any help is appreciated. TIA

oh definately go back to the shop.... may be their fault, may be something they did aggravated something else.... the fluid could only be oil from the axle or brake fluid..... most likely they either didnt replace the axle seal or damaged the new one.... a good shop will address this issue at little or no cost to you, depending on what it really is.... good luck!
