looking for long arm specs and advice

i have an 87 cherokee and im thinking about going with a long arm suspension. i want to build it so i need some specs and advice on how to go about it. i will also need springs (coils and leafs) and shock that will do the job. if anyone has any recommendations please give them. im thinking aobut 6" or 8" of lift with this suspension.
