I am looking at adding a budget lift to my 90 MJ to see if I like it. I am looking at a package by Daystar. See link.

1. What are the coil spacers made of? Could it be possible to mill your own?
2. I've heard the MJ shackles are already longer than XJ shackles- can making them even longer be a problem?
3. Do I need to do anything to the steering, driveshaft, etc. with a 1 3/4" lift?
4. Can I do this project by myself?
