WHOOHOO, got rid of the DW, but now have some bump steer. It's tollerable, but don't like it.

My alignment guy was able to get the Toe perfect, but he said he couls only adjust the caster to 4 degrees, and it needs to be clsoer to 7. Like I said the jeep rides rather well, except for the occasional bump. I know the caster make the vehicle go straight and mine does. If I get the caster adjusted would it help out with the bumpsteer, or is just the inverted Y design of the OEM Steering?

Most often teh bump is from the trackbar. It should be teh same length and parallel to your drag link on the steering. I've got a bit of the 'ol bump with a mere 3" lift...

You can get either an aftermarket bar or a drop bracket.

I have the Rusty's HD TB bracket. I'm really leaning towards the cause being the inverted Y links. I know I should adjust the caster and will, once I shorten up my my Adj. UCA's. I made them too long, need to take about an inch of tubing and they should be perfect.

Thanks for the input. :)
