I had replaced my original transfer case with one out of a Wrangler and now there seems to be a noise best described as BB's and oil in a coffee can rolling around when I am in 4th and 5th gear. Thinking this transfer case needs rebuilt. Need to know where I can get he complete rebuild kit so I can get the original transfer case back in. TIA

A phone number would be helpful. Do they have room for me to park a semi?

They don't have room to park a semi, but I do, they're just down the street from me (work)

lemme know when yer coming, make sure you watch your overhead clearances.....you know chicago, way too many low clearance bridges.

I know about the low clearances and the way to many one way streets. I have always wanted a covertible Tractor. :)

I just did the same thing, and had to adjust my linkage a little. The Wrangler case for some reason needed some adjusting. I had the same sound the first time I swapped one, and the shift fork wasn't fully disengaging, and it wore out. Don't drive on it unless you know it's nothing major. Anyway, good luck.
