I'll do my best to make it,I'm heading out of town early thur. morning.

Has anyone been wheeling up in the Downieville area? I have been looking through an 4wd map and saw a few trails that are marked as more difficult to most difficult or 3.5 to 4+ moab rating. Some of the names are Chimney Rock, Fir Cap, Poker Flat, Gold Valley, Snake Lake, and Butcher Creek Trail.

Please let me know if anyone has info on the trails.

I've been up there. Snake Lake is the adopt-a-trail of the 4x4 club I used to be in. The A-tree road is a nice scenic trail. Great place to wheel!
