locker in the front

I have a chance to pick up an ezlocker for a 27 spline d30 for about a 100 bucks question is it came out of a cj and I want to know will it work in my xj...Also does in matter to lock the front first then the rear is this a bad thing? My toy is a dd and Im interested in maintaining some sort of street manners which is why im thinking the front first then the rear...

It will work in your XJ, the spider gears in the D30 are all the same from year to year. Unless it was a Powerlock, but don't worry about that, just buy it, it's a good deal.
