Burgers, chips and soda will be provided. If you require a specail meal...too bad. :D
I told them 50 people and about 20-30 Jeeps. I plan on getting there about 10AM to get our parking area arranged. It looks like we are turning into a group too large for their conference room, so we will most likely be meeting in the service drive or in the service waiting area. Some chairs will be provided, but be prepared to stand during the short meeting part of the event.
Thanks for making this a success. Cool to think that just a few weeks ago with was just an idea; now it's actually turning into reality. NICE!
