Tranney help ASAP

help please my tranney just quit on the way home today. checked fluid and its full checked all fuses that i know of none blown any other things to check? i can drive in 4 low but its still takes alota rpms to move.

just took it for test drive and really ragged on it and wouldnt do it again so im guessing crap got in to it and stuck on valve keepin it from down shifting then when shut off got un stuck so it seams to be better now.
