So last night I decided to go wheeling since I hadn't been in a long time. Although I didn't have my four wheel drive working I figured that the locked up rear would be fine in the snow. Well we'll just say that after about an hour of digging with my claw hammer, since I didn't bring a shovel, my new high lift jack sitting at home, 2 hours to wait for my dad to come and pick me, and grief from my wife I've decided that 2 wheels in the back with no front sucks. I think the worst part of the whole deal is that my dad's stock bronco II crawled right up the hill and pulled me out. That makes me sick.:smsoap:

So to say the least I don't think I'm going to make it to the dunes this weekend unless my gears come in time and I have time to install them. Because I'm sure it will be just the same in the sand, fishtailing all the way.

Good idea, but too bad you can't make it. BTW, if you don't tell anyone........it never happened! :shhh: ;)

Are you dissing BRONCO II's?! Those babies ROCK!

And Jeff, if your wife's there, it ALWAYS happened...

No diss on bronco II's just saying I was pulled out by a stock vehicle when I have 33's and a locker. Pretty stupid.

No worries, mate. I dissed on my ol' B2 all the time. It was tippy bouncy fun, and the steering linkage seemed to be made of springs!

I would like to see one that's jacked up on the trail to watch it tip over on a little side hill. They are tippy suckers.
