NEED: Neutral Safety Switch

My jeep doens't start now so i have to jump it from the fuse box under the hood, and i know it's a Neutral Safety Switch (Neutral Start/Back-Up Light Switch). Does anybody have one that they are willing to sell. My jeep is an 1994 XJ with AW-4 Tranny. If you know somebody who got one let me know becasue it kind of sucks to start like that and dealler wants over $200 for that thing, i looked at couple junk yards and they didn't have one i need. Please help me out.
