We have an APB out for a dirty hippie, most likely traveling in a green lifted XJ w/ a DEAN FOR LIFE sticker on the back of it. He is to be considered armed and dangerous. He may be traveling in an EZ-GO w/ a NADER 04 sticker...... be on the look out.

He may be traveling w/ someone called "Fat Melinda"

This person needs to be in Attica IN this coming weekend
