I just posted a reply suggesting the use of dry ice to remove the pitman arm and nut. Check out dryiceinfo.com for additional uses for dry ice. You can use it to reduce pings and dents by placing a small amount of it in the center of the dent and it will shrink the metal reducing the size of the dent. May help warpage caused by welding on the body as well.
