looking to build a stroker 4.o can anyone tell me which company they went with and what kind of power i am looking at and a list of parts they used to get the most out of there stroker exhaust,intake,head,ignition,etc thanks

This will give you an idea of what's possible. Most of the strokers that are on the road right now are variants of my "recipes". You can either buy a ready-made stroker kit or cobble together one of your own. I'm taking the latter route to build a 4.6L stroker of my own. It'll be a slight variant of the 4.6L low-buck stroker option 1 which is essentially a slightly modified simple stroker. You can follow my progress by visiting this webpage:
