There are lots of threads on this topic, but I'll reply anyways. I'd get a Warn. I had to return 3 (three) Milemarker E8000 winches due to mechanical and electrical problems. Probably burned 10+ hours installing/uninstalling them. Milemarker had great service and took the bad ones back, but I finally sold the 3rd one on eBay and bought an M8000. Been using it for a couple of years w/out problems.
