Is this a normal problem when lifting 4 1/2"

turns out i didnt have to hack out as much fender as i did because it wasnt the tire rubbing and i found my exhaust leak

yea, i'm at 4.5" and mine looks like that w/o the crack. I think that it is common too. replace it ..possibly change the shape so it doesnt hit.

BTW it only took me one real hard landing to dent it, now it clears just fine...

i think im going to take it off heat it with a torch and hammer it in some then weld the crack
