Ok, so I got a new truck, a 98 Cherokee w/police package. So far everything is looking good but I have noticed that the LSD is makeing some noise when I make a sharp turn. It's fine during normal driving. Is this normal or should I be looking at replacing the clutch discs?

Change lube-

I would recommend changing the rear end lube with perhaps a synthetic replacement, and of course the friction modifier preferably from the dealer. In a perfect world should be done every 25k miles. Maybe when/if was done before did not use the lube modifier. The Trac-Lok in mine is always transparent no matter how hot it gets. I use Mobile 1 and the modifier.
