2001 XJ rough idle/ loss of power???

Was driving fine...
Then tach dropped to 1000 RPM and engine lost power.(barely wants to go over 30 MPH)
Vibrates real bad, can see the door shake :helpme: :helpme: :helpme:
Any ideas?????
