My roommate has an xj with home brewed long arms, and another friend has Rusty's. I'm on a budget and was thinking of building my own, but as I've never built suspension components before, wanted to get some feed back from those of you who have. What should I watch out for, should I do this? or should I fork out the $$$ for already made ones and skimp on other things? Thanks.

his room mate has home built long arms he didnt build home built long arms. He got a smoken deal on a well moded xj. You should just keep the budget boost and cut more. By the way did you get the harmonic balancer fixed.
