Looking for parts for 3" lift

I am looking for parts for a 3" lift. So far I have the following taken care of:
Front Coils
Rear leafs

I still need:
Shocks
rear break line
4* axle shims (2.5" wide)
u-bolt kit (3" opening)
rear leaf center pins

If you have any or all of these parts, I am interested.

Tried the parts store. Might be better off getting the remainning items at Napa or the such. With shipping and the over inflated costs you will find on here save the time and money and just go to the parts store.
