Horn wire?

Ok so I got this 94 wiring harness and other 94 dudads in my 84 XJ. But there is one small problem. Where is the wire that the horn plugs into? Is it the single orange and red wire coming out where the headlight harness plugs in? :wierd:

That was it. After two years of owning this XJ it finally has a horn!

i ripped my horn out because it sounds so ***** im afraid of getting laughed at if i use it
