My superiormetals diff guard is hitting the streering, so will a warn guard fit an unlifted xj?

If it's hitting the tie rod, that doesn't change (much) with a lift anyway.

i have the warn guard on mine.. tired coils with 2" spacers and there is no way i could hit it..... i have heard of adjustable trackbars hitting the diff cover but i don't know what the circumstances were....

I have the Warn on mine and my lift hasn't gone in yet. No problems with it hitting anything.
