Finally ordered my JD2 tube bender. What size steel did you guys use for the stand on yours. Does the bender have a receiver that it slides on, or do I need a flat plate on top of my stand to bolt the bender too??? Wanted to get the stand built so I could have it ready.

Yeah it uses a flat plate for mounting!I used 3/4" plate and a piece of 3x3x1/4" tube for the stand with another piece of tube concreted in the ground!

I paid 536.00 total for the bender degree ring and one die (1x1 square 4.5clr 180* die) Shipped to my door (west coast).

What are you doing with that material? If you bought a 1.75" round die, I'd let you test it out on a cage for me. Unless 1x1 square cages are new fad??

Building some racks...The 1.75 round die is my next purchase...you buy the tube and help me waste a few thousand feet of it learning and you have a deal.
