Tires keep rubbing... no flares?

My 33x10.50' BFG's keep rubbing on the bolts that hold onto the flares, Im running 15x8 Canyon wheels (5.25" backspacing). Should I go with no flares? Have you guys had this problem too? Im running a 4.5" RE with 1" spacers up front. Does anybody have pictures of thier XJ with the same size tire as mine and no flares?
