Rear bumper mounts welded. Any constructive critisim metal b's?

Just remember its a 110 linclon and flux core wire welder and I am a beginer. So hit me with it!

if you are going to used this bumper as a tow point, I suggest you have someone with a 220 welder go over the beads.

while the welds LOOK pretty decent, I'm skeptical how much penetration is present, since there should be BLUE/BROWN heat marks on the BACK side of the 1/4" plates. Since none are present, I can only assume the weld is not hot enough.

If the bumper will NOT be used as a tow point, party awn! looks fine!
 
Oh, I did not weld the brackets up. They came from 2offroad, Andy at the Caroina Rock Shop built the brackets. I was refering to the bead in the pictures. If I do try and use it as a tow point I'll run some flat down the frame rails. I plan on putting my stock hitch back on if I can make it work. If not I'll try and find a class II. Thanks.
