what to get?

ok I got some extra cash laying arround and I want to get something for my jeep that will increace horsepower and my torque......I am looking at the msd 6 offroad ignition control or a stage 2 jet chip....they are both in the $300 range, I like the ease of install the chip would be but would it even compare to gains with the msd? anyways any help would be great! thanks

my spec's;
1993 Cherokee Sport
4.0L inline 6
automatic tranny
I allready have;
throttle body spacer
high flow k&n intake
exhaust/cat & muffler (performance)

i dont know from personal expereince but ive heard the chips are a waste of money, but if you have 300 bucks to spend id think about the 62mm throttle bodies, you could easily drill out your existing spacer for it

Are you trying to regain lost power due to larger tires?

The Jet chip provides some gain, but it means you will have to run 93 octane fuel.

IMHO the MSD is a waste of money. The OEM ignition is already a high energy system.
