Just about have it all wrapped up. Need to make a plate to cover the old shift rail holes, stick the detents back in and then drill the shift rods for the set screws.

Yea, got the idea from Tass. Most of the info can be found here. I tinkered with it off and on after work for about a week. Maybe 8-10 hours into it, dunno. I'm waiting till the UPS guy drops off the 203 range box. Once I get that bolted up I'll see what I need for shifters.
 
Very nice work. Be sure to seal her up good. I'm still battling a few leaks here and there with my flipped 300. All good things usually take a little time :)
