Well I got the pads and rotors on the Jeep. The pads are a bit hard when cold. When warmed up they will easily lock up the front tires. Rotors are very good build quality. The slot should keep the pads clean and give a bit more bitting power. So far I'm pleased with them. Need to try them wheeling and see how they work. The part numbers of the rotors and pads I got are in my other thread.

Weasel, I couldn’t find your other post. What brand of slotted rotors did you get? I just rounded up some TRW pads, shoes, and steel braided extended lines. I should have it all put together sometime after Xmas. I don’t know anyone running slotted rotors so any feedback would be great. Are they really worth the $ and will they work with ABS?

I got mine at the National Fleet place but Race Shopper carries them too. Basicly the slot will keep the pads clean, dispel water, and some gas buildup.

I can lock up my 31's(heavy 31's) no problem. I don't know if they really work better then regualr rotors or not but I like them.
