I'm kind of hesitant to just start pulling things apart so I can change the large 1" thick seal that goes between the heater compartment and the inside of the firewall.
Has anyone had experience with taking the heater compartment off? I can see four or five screws holding it, but there maybe more. I'm praying that it's an easy unscrew, pull down, remove old seal, and replace with new seal. Something tells me that it's not that easy.
Some insight on replacement would be helpful.
