popping noise

When I'm wheeling and my suspension is flexing I sometimes get a popping sound somewhere in the front... I kinda sounds like something is binding up. Any ideas? I have already changed all my u-joints hopeing that would fix it but it didn't

It could be a ton of things. When does it do it? When you're on the gas, off the gas, turning when the suspension flexes?
If you have an RE lift with their small "superflex" joints(UCAs and tracbar use them) it could them. I've had to tighten mine up several time because of noise.

it happens when on the gas, and sometimes turning... I do have a RE lift, but I don't have their UCA's
