Anyone know who has the red XJ with "Kong" decal.....

Trying to identify who this is. Looks like a '97 or newer. Has "Kong" something-or-other decal on the doors and "rockkrawler" on the rear side windows. He was at the Moab Fall Fling '02 (click below for pic)
