Hey Guys
What is the size of the front brakeline hard tube & where can I get a new flarenut ? any of the chain parts houses gonna carry them? I've rounded the nut bad & I'm at the point where it's time to cut & flare. Also is it necessay to double or inverted flare the line? (whatever it's called). I can't believe the # of bends in the front pass. side line between the M.C. & the fenderwell.
Thanks !

I'm pretty sure that it's 3/16". Any decent parts shop should have steel line and the flare nuts on the shelf.

IMHO, a double flare is mandatory. I don't think you'll get a good enough seal with a single flare. I hate the bar & yoke style tool, I use http://www.jcwhitney.com/product.jhtml?CATID=5550&BQ=mot .

Double flare is absolutely necessary. Other wise the tubing will split.
